silverstatefordparts

I have an '89 7.3 that I believe has the fuel selector switch gone. It is a Ford only part here in Ontario, and price is $340. Last one I replaced maybe 15 years ago was $40. I tried silverstatefordparts that was recommended elsewhere, and anything I click on comes up <table width="98%" align="center" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tbody><tr><td class="titleText" align="center">Access is Denied to this website for your ip [216.198.139.38] </td> </tr> <tr> <td class="tableText" align="center">

You may contact us at 800-532-0819 </td> </tr> </tbody></table> I tried phoning, but they recommend e-mail. But because I can't access the site, can't get an e-mail. Is this the Ontario dealers way of holding us at gunpoint? Only thing I can think of is can someone send me the e-mail address?

Are you talking about the fuel tank selector switch on the dash? Available from Ford for $33.13 (US)

www.partsguyed.com This is a link to partsguyed.com who does great prices on Ford parts.
However if you still want silverstate click on Vendor Directory in the blue line at the top of the page and you should get them in the list.
I think your quote must have been for the actual valve.

Lazy K.

Lazy K. i tried your link as well, www.partsguyed.com with the same results, won't let me access the site for some reason. Still need body work to put truck on road, so think I will get that done first, then take it to garage and check to be sure exactly what is not working, unless you have some ideas for home testing? I did check the fuse, and it's ok. Truck has been sitting awhile, but runs great since I got the clutch fixed, bushing mentioned in another thread, and loose and missing bell housing bolts. thanks for the help!

Strange, I can assure you that partsguyed is accessable from anywhere in the world. I think you need to change your internet service provider (unless you are running some strange operating system or have access to commercial sites blocked on your computer or server).
However the phone number for Gaudin Ford (one of the site sponsors) is 800-810-6270 (from the US) maybe you could try that. Have your VIN at hand when you phone.
