First off I hope you had help, if not you may have air still in the line.
if you sucked in air you may have to bleed all 4.
second, is the res. full? alot can drain out while changing them out without a plug of somesort. I had to put almost a half of a bottle in the res to get all air out.
Ive noticed that after changing brake pads I had to pump them up a little after starting the vehicle, to get them tightened up on the calip.
