I'm not trying to stir the pot, I'm just thinking realistically. I can't see myself paying 6-10k for a 450 hp truck.

i know i was kidding....Keep the truck and build a car. You know that a car like that has been beat and beat and beattt! You can build one and make it just how you want it, and it will only be beaten on by you. Im building one right now. Its expensive, but it will be what i want.

Keep the truck the way it is now, and use the money you were gonna put on the truck to build up a car.

Or, just take a little money and make your truck faster, but not 10s in the quarter fast. just get the 350-375HP to the rear wheels and you'll have a blast!!! I expect (minus the trans) you could hit that number for about 2k doing the work yourself. just my .02

Thats just it, 2k plus 3500 for a tranny equals too much. I dont know which way to go from here. I do like this truck, its just hard to justify as a college student.

Ya, not gonna happen for me. My problem right now is in the motor. I put these Ab's in last weekend and today i took the chip out and the truck wont even turn over with stock tuning. I did this because i was going to send the chip to get reburned but i can't do that if it wont run without the chip. So i'm not sure where to go from there.

Do you still have stock sticks? Put them back in during the mean time. Not ideal but do what you gotta do.

And you don't HAVE to do anything to your truck much less have a complete plan here and now. Just leave it be or do cheaper supporting mods. They're good whether you make a billion hp or not. Or just save money and do PMs to keep it in good shape then when you have a well thought plan on what to do(whether that involves keeping it or not) you'll have money to get started.

If you just gotta work on it(which I totally understand) there's always stuff to do like tranny/t case flush/refill, rad flush, diff fluid changes, ps pump flush/fill, shocks, spring/shackle poly bushings, harpoon mod, A/C mod, IDM, etc. Man it's endless and none of those are all that expensive.

No Jacob, i dont have the stockers, but workin on getting them back. I hear what you guys are saying though. I will get this truck back running where it was. As much as i hate stock, i guess it was better than a crappy running truck.

If you somehow end up with both injector sets you should sell one and use the money towards getting the others built up by Jim. Long as they're in good shape it's way cheap to do(well, as far as injectors go).

I was hoping it would end up like that but now he has the idea that he is going to send back my AO's and ill make the swap back and send him the AB's and get refunded my money once he looks them over....

Hold on a second.... You bought split shot injectors for your truck?! Where are your stock injectors and who did you get these ABs from?

Travis, get out of here! I don't need you being right. I should have listened to you in the first place.
