its been in the truck for 2 months and its screwing up paid 50 bucks for it at the junkyard they didnt know what it was. Any ideas for getting parts or making repairs it gets stuck in between gears. bad shift motor? it looks like there is a bad bushing maybe? any help would be great.

they are Pollak precision ball switches, normally closed, sealed terminal.
don't have the actual Pollak number, iirc Pollak had three to chose from.
