Whats this called?

I'm assuming its a temp sensor for the glow plug to hook up to. Its on the drivers side and screws into the front of the cylinder head. I broke of the pin on my old engine's and the new engine didnt have it when i bought it so i'm looking to buy one, can i get it at Napa, or is it an ebay/internet type deal.

the temp dummy light is below and the gauge is above i think. it is pretty common so i would think napa or autozone would have it.

Some of those at parts stores have two or more pins.

They will not work.

If you find a single pin, you should be good to go.
As said above, that one is just a switch, it only turns the overheat light on.

Glow plugs and gauge are not affected, no other system is affected either.
