Dent with bump grill
I remember someone asking about doing this before so I thought I would post it as it may be of interest to someone.
It actually looks pretty good IMO!

I'm one guy thats asked about it,
well, actually I asked about bump hoods on dents, and then found I like the grill swap idea too.
What I want is the bump hood with the angle front and cut out that gives the ram air/hood scoop look to the hood itself... its a lean/aggressive look IMO ... but you can't get that with the dent grill shell intact so I'm also looking at a bump grill swap at the same time.-- Unless i gather enough nerve to cut and re-shape the top of a dent grill shell.
I was told its almost a bolt up deal: The earlier core supports are harder to find intact, so a lot of guys use the later core support on their earlier trucks, and obviously with their earlier grill... So I see no reason you couldn't swap the old grill to the newer truck, its the same combo of parts. BUT I've yet to take apart a bumpside grill to see for myself.
