Does it say if it uses the stock dipstick? I know on mine we had to make our own out of brakeline and a really long dipstick we found at the junkyard.

Thats a good question. I am just wanting a deeper then stock oil pan. The F100 is going to be a street truck.

Not sure about this one specifically, but I wouldnt think you would want a oval track oil pan. The extra capacity & pick up is on one side (left) as if you were pulling hard through corners and oil is slung over to that side. I would keep looking.

I browsed through the Jeg's catalog and no 351 pans for pickups - quite a few for Fox-Bodies though. Somebody has to make a fabricated sheetmetal pan for 351 truck applications!

I'll have to check again, but I thought Moroso made a deep oilpan pans for the 351w. I don't think it said for 4x4 but if your truck is like mine, it looks like there is plenty of room around the oil pan. I have a 351m and Im eventually looking for one as well. If someone else knows the answer, post on up!

Also would the pan need to be for a pickup? The 302 that came out of the truck had a rear sump pan like a car.
