All round good 460

I am somewhat new to this forum but I have not introduced myself my name Saul. I have bule 1997 F250 HD extended cab long bed with 4.10 gears. I bought the truck back in April. When I got the truck it was in really bad shape. Now she looks totally different then when I bought it. I bought this truck to be a work truck but I think I need more power. I pull a T300 bobcat and about 6tons of concrete in a dump trailer at least 3 times a week. It is completely stock it has 200135 miles on it. I want to rebuild the motor inside out. so my question what can I do to make it perform better more power and still be a daily driver. Also I have a set budget of 3,500-4,000 to put in it now I don’t want to make it in to a hot rod. I just want to work for me and not go crazy. What do you guys suggest?
