T5 clutch linkage problem

I'm starting on my 1955 5.0 project and i've run into a problem. I want to stick the T5 tranny in but the clutch linkage is all wrong. Has anyone done this set up? I want to keep everything mechanical but the bellhousing for the T5 pushes the clutch fork instead of pulling it like the older models. What do i do? do i have to change the bellhousing? Or is there a linkage set-up that i can do for this? Some help would be much needed and some pictures. Thanks.
