If you want to keep your Shift on the fly I'd go with the Timken hubs or if you can score a deal on OEM' then your good. IMO and I'm sure others would say, stay away from the Chinese foriegn brands, to much is riding in your truck to have a serious failure from cheap imports. If you want to eliminate the ESOF the Warn premiums would be your next option.

I decided to go with Timken hub . I couldnt get a quote fast enough from Ed so I ended up getting it through Napa. But I think the hub wasnt the only problem. Iam wondering if my locking hubs or hub was some what not disengaged all the way because the binding . Well I will see after I install new hub.
Glad you found the culprit so to speak, let us know how you make out on the hub changeout. Just a bit of caution for yaa HS, make sure your getting a Timken hub assembly from NAPA. I've heard people here say they tried to pass off other inferior brands of hubs in place of the Timkens.

Hope I found it... time will tell. The Napa parts guy is a very good friend of mind and he said it was timken. When he showed me the hub on the computer it said Timken on the bearings....and it has a 3yr warranty everyone else has a 1yr . I will see tommorow when it comes in .

Ahh, very cool. Yea, I'm not bad mouthing, I just heard not to long ago somebody having a problem like I mentioned. I know not all NAPA's run like that, you know how it goes. Hope the job goes smooth for yaa..
Got my hub in today and got looking at it and it has a part #515020 National. When my parts guy check when I ordered it he said Timken and National has same #. I notice on the new hub on the back side where the bearings for the axle are ,the piece that has the four nocth on it ...it looks bigger than the old one . I dont think it makes a difference.. correct me if Iam wrong.
