I got my 3mms in and i tried to do all my door workings and my driver lock/unlock and my passenger window up/down doesn't work. Does anyone know which direction is positive and negative on those, or a way to test it to find out? Im puzzled as to how ill find out how to figure it out.
When you look into the clear part of the LED. There are two "metal pieces". One is larger and has what looks like a little cup. That is the negative. The other side is small and straight. That is positive.
Be sure to get the polarity correct or it will not light up or in your case not let your switches work either.
Does anyone know how i figure out what side is which on the switches? So i know where to put my positives and negatives. Its not like if one is bad you will know and just flip it around, if one is bad they both dont work so idk which one to flip over. eye yie yie i shoulda payed closer attention!
Hey im finally getting it lol ive only wasted 6 LEDs so far! Good thing I got 45 to start with! haha Its actually fun, when you get bored you go tear something off your truck and solder a few lights on it, when you get bored again you repeat haha. My girlfriend is like why are half these blue and half green. Its like welllll, if you didnt rush me it wouldnt be!! When in reality i was wondering the same thing myself haha
I did my sway bar end links tonight damn did it take longer then i thought. I cant believe the difference they make, i actually hit bumps on purpose and couldnt feel them. Nothing wanted to beat through the floor and hit me in the feet. Its like im in a sportscar 4 feet off the ground!! Oh yea I picked up that CPS from the place you sent me. Yet to determine if its my primary or a spare... Sweet box it comes in!
