ok well idk if anyone has audio in their trucks, but to state i have a 2002 Ford F-150, 5.4 TBI. well i have just the one 95 amp alt. i know its really not enough to push my stereo that hits top at 7800 amp. for my two 10 an one 12 inch sub kickers, an four boston round speakers in the doors an a double in head unit by valor. also running 4 ten inch. kc highlights n 5 HID kc ultras on the roof. for batteries i have 2 optimas D75-25. My question is: has anyone here ever done this? or does anyone have any ideas how an where to get this equipment called hospital rigging or ambulance rigging?
running 2 alternators at once? for future referance i also plan to build the motor more for off road if that may affect the results of the presidure.
PS: plz excuse my grammer an spelling.
ok, do you mean 7800 watts from your amp? for that i would suggest putting about 1 or even 2 capacitors on you system and that would take alot of strain off you alternator.also upgrade to a 130 amp alternator for the lights. thats alot of lights to be running off of the stock alternator.
as for running two alternators ive heard of it but there are ways around it.
