Blower motor
99 F250, V10. AC blower not working on any setting. I have installed a new fan switch and rheostat. If I jump across the relay terminals, fan works. Relay is good. What engages the relay? At the dashboard control switch, using a test light, I have power. When I select any of the AC options, the test light also shows power on the wire next to the constant power. The control switch has 4 wires. The bottom two wires do not light up, no matter what I do. I have checked the relays and the fuses. Any help would be appreciated.

A combination of issues. A bad rheostat, fan switch, and a bad fuse (not blown though, just didn't work????). I once had a fuse in an audio system that worked until it became the least bit warm then it would quit, so I replaced all fuses and the relay. I hope this might help someone.
