Failed Emissions

I have a 1992 f150 custom 4wd and ive failed emmisions for this vehicle. i have been able to narrow it down to the o2 sensor and a failed Catylitic converter. my question though is that it looks like there are two CATs down there and i didnt no that it ran two. is this correct and does anyone have any cheap suggustions for replacements?
