Well she actually never said the word "bumpers", all she gave us was technically just two digits and two letters, IMHO this is about as PG13 (see, another two letters and two digits) as it can get while still conveying the message

Haha, ain't it funny how all we need is one girl with a sense of humor to join our quiet corner of the web and everyone gets all riled up (in a good way tho).
