Window scratches
So, when I bought this truck, the seals where shot for the drivers & passengers roll up windows, they dry rotted ,caused alot of scraches on the glass, can these be buffed out?

I don,t think they cold be buffed out but you might see about an auto glass shop that fixes window cracks and see if they have any window puddy like stuff they could put in there to get rid of the scratches. Good luck with it.

I work for a glass shop as a windsheild tech. If you can feel the scrathes it cannot be repaired. If they are scuff's then you can buff it using jewelers rouge and alot of water, they are harder to buff then a windsheild because they are tempered, and tempered glass is harder then your windsheild. For what those door windows are worth it is better of to buy new.
