Help ID-ing 4.0L Motor

I have a brand new motor still shrink wrapped from Ford but I can't tell what year the motor is out of. I know its not out of a 98 Explorer because I own one of those and the upper intakes do not match. Here is a link to what style intake it has.
04 10 Ford 4.0L SOHC, Intake Manifold, details below on eBay!
If anyone has any ideas I would really appreciate it. Also it has the electronic throttle on it. Thanks guys I appreciate it.

4.0L FORD SOHC

NIM-4.01937

Application:

EXPLORER 2004 EXC. SPORT TRAC

Thank you very much. While I'm asking I might as well ask what is the exact name of the part that controls the electronic throttle? I appreciate all the help guys.

I mean on the motor that tells the motor how much throttle to give and such.
