After reading a lot of these posts it was clear that I needed to change my “O-Ring”. I found that it was leaking underneath the fuel regulator. There were several items that needed to be removed before the fix could happen. After making way to Do Work as I call it. I went to Ford parts excited about the price of the o ring $4.99.
Unfortunately Ford doesn’t just sell the O-Ring by it’s self. It comes in a kit with several other o rings and fitting, and the kit was 43.95. OMG, I just wanted one thing out of it. The parts guy didn’t help the situation by telling me that the 6.0 Engine is junk. I wanted to punch the s&#% out of him but I held strong. O O O O, he also said he sold 6 kits today GGRRRR.
So all in all the parts was easy to replace it took a little time, but when you’re drinking beers and listen to some good music who cares. I just wanted to say thanks for the posts. Skipppy75 I hope you figure out with wrong with your truck
