I have a 66 swb with a 352 3 speed, i'm going to put in a 67 428 with 63 or 64 close ratio toploader 4 speed, will the truck bellhousing work with the 4 speed? havent removed the old three speed yet wonderin if input shafts were different lenghts.
This chart isn't worth two cents, where is the FE truck info?
What F Series truck had a 351 engine prior to 1977? None.
There is no such ID number of C5TA-6394-A. It could be C5TA-6392-A = C5TZ6392A replaced by D1TZ6392D ... see next line.
There is no such thing as D1TA-6394-AA or D1TE-6394-AA, it has to be: D1TA-6394-BA (D1TZ6392D) = 240/300 = 1965/79 F100/350 & 1965/79 Econoline.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Here is the correct info taken from the 1964/72 & 1973/79 Ford truck parts catalogs:
FE truck 3/4 speed bellhousing marked: C5TA-7505-C = 1965 F100/250 4WD / 1966 F250 4WD / 1965/66 F350.

I've never swapped a top loader into a truck, but since the Ford type 3.03 3 speed manual is the same passenger car/truck, it will bolt up to either bell housing, so why wouldn't the 4 speed top loader do the same thing?
I think whoever made up that chart was either refering to the C5TE-7505-C marked bellhousing, cuz it's different than the only other one, or is clueless.
I didn't see if the passenger car info is correct, cuz it doesn't apply..but it's prolly screwed up as well.
