Any idea what a new CAC would cost?

a replacement or an upgrade? and are you talking about the 6.7? I think nearly all of the ones in existence are still under warranty

I am considering using a CAC from a 6.7 as a air-to-water intercooler on my 7.3.
So if I can get one under warranty please do tell. lol.

I'm not sure if it would fit... the intake is way different on the 6.7 vs. the 7.3 (outboard instead of inboard, for starters). But if you know it will work... I think a call to your local ford parts dealer is in order.

Seems like an aftermarket one would be much cheaper, though. Have you checked that out?
