Exclamation Help: Best ignition coil for a 5.0L?

Hi all, which ignition coil brand would be best over OEM (regardless of price), which would give me better idle, acceleration and starts?: Accel, Mallory, MSD, Crane or ?... Is it worth the change or should I look into a full ignition system replacement like MSD and such...?

Thank you

Any of the brands you mentioned will work just fine, do a search for the "six litre tune up", it's an easy/inexpensive way to get more power from the engine by upgrading some parts of the ignition and moving the timing a little forward.
