casting # locations
I've got a 460/C6 in a '77 Mercury Marquie that I would like to use for my 79 F350. I have no idea where the head/block casting numbers are so I can determine if this would be a good engine to use for my project.
Help?

block casting number is right above the starter. Head casting is above the 3 exhaust port if I am thinkin right (lookin at the head from the exhaust side)
