2003 6.0 problems

Im having a problem with my truck and cant figure out the culprit! The truck was running sluggish so I took it and had a diesel mech shoot the codes and told me I had a #4 injector fault that same week before I could change the injector the truck died on me going down the road. I changed the injector and ended up replacing the fuel pump along with the fuel filters. This morning while I was taking my son to school the truck started running sluggish and died again, the shop is saying #1 & #3 injectors. Any ideas as to what could be causing the injectors to go out? I tested the FICM according to the info I found on here and it is reading the correct voltage.

High pressure oil pump (HPOP) might be plugged, the screen is under the oil cooler. I know the injectors don't work if the HPOP is not working right. do some looking on this....

What type of fuel psi are you getting?

IS the FICM in good shape?

What condition is the EGR in? is it plugged in and operating? when is the last time it was serviced?
