94 F150 rough idle

My 1994 302 f150 seems to run sort of rough at an idle recently. At idle it acts as if it pulsates ( high idle, low idle, high idle, low idle )

Im thinking idle air control...but wanted 2nd opinions.

Test the voltage at your TPS......you're correct in suspecting the IAC also so give ashot cleaning the IAC real good and check the TPS.

my truck runs rought at start up. itll usually die once and itll be fine. but sometimes when you put it in gear itll die. i know it ran without a air filter for a while so i was thinking a dirty throttle body. any ideas??

Idle air Control could be the cause, Vacuum Lines are a complete hassle to mess with, IMO, just make sure everything is cleaned and hooked up correctly. Thats what i did with my 250
