We're having a bunch of people over that we've never met, so, naturally, we decided to try something new with the turkey. We bought a brining bag and plan on doing a basic brine of salt, garlic and pepper. Hope it turns out good.

My wife is cooking our turkey the SAME way I'd never heard of it but im looking forward to it...

Hope everyone has a fantastic and gluttonous day of feasting and family merriment

Plan of attack for tomorrow:

No Breakfast
No Lunch
Industrial Laxative a couple hours before I eat
1 slice of each of 5 pies first. . .
Then a helping of Stuffing and Gravy
Ham and Cranberry Sauce biscuits. . .
Then Turkey and Gravy

Then rinse it all down with a glass of gravy

Enjoy it yall
