Hope you and your crew had a great Thanksgiving! We did...the oldest son called from the sandbox (at 4:30 in the AM) just to let us know he was ok and to wish us a Happy Turkey Day...the youngest son is back from the sandbox and was watching sleet pile up in the yard at his in-laws place in Missouri...and daughter was home with us. I gained a couple of more pounds...and enjoyed every ounce of them!

Good Morning Gang,
Went to Pocahontas yesterday evening, met up with some old friends. I was not there two hours, when guess what happened. I have to be careful at what I say.
It may come back to bite me in the ***!
But yep, Chief Paul was "Grilling Deer Steaks" at 2:00 am.
Had not been for years. It felt good to be among friends once again. You know, the kind that you can count on, won't stab you in the back when you are down, those type. Well, left from there about 6 this morning. I am now back home, safe and sound.

Just got back from Bingo. Yeah, this old man plays Bingo every once in a while, especially since freedom has become a part of the picture. I walked out of there with $425 more than I walked in with. I would say that I have had a great weekend.
