Hey Rebel, on a side note, almost done with the LEDs in my doors, but I had no idea about the clip that took the place of the rubber boot through the A pillar. If I bought some Shiner, could you help me out with that? I'd like to have the one 12v through to each door pinned, but if it has to be drilled, so be it.

Sorry to hijack this but rebel where did you put your LED in your door?
o-, are you talking about the rubber sleeve that runs the wires from the A-Pillar to the door? If you can get to it from the inside, you should be able to push a wire through it. It looks like the clip on the sleeve comes off pretty easily.
I'll be a the Chicken tonight playing dominoes, but I might have some time to take a look.
I just ran across this thread and, not that I would attempt to do this myself or endorse it being done, I have to give the OP some points for attempting this one This is some serious outside-the-box thinking! Are you an engineer or just like to figure things out? I'm the same way and, yes, people think I'm crazy too. I'm glad to see there are more of our kind out there.
That is, of course, with one exception... those that wish to do harm of any kind.... If your endeavour is to help, make things easier, have fun, or something else along those lines (and the implications therein are taken in to account)... by all means, have at it!

I'm the one who put LEDs in my door panels. 7 each door and 1 in the cupholder. I added 2 more on the bottom pocket of the doors after these photos were taken.
Looks good. I'm trying to wire mine up on a relay with the dome light, but the wiring on an 08 has a clip between the door and the cab, instead of a rubber boot... the only thing holding me back from finishing the project.
It looks like you would want 2 toggle switches and 4 relays. I'd set it up this way so that 1 switch is just accessory, and then both switches are the run position. And the relays would keep things isolated so the key should work like normal and prevent you from having to pass large amounts of current through the toggle switches.
1 switch and relay would connect B1 to A1. That's the accessory switch. The other switch will control 3 relays and connect B3 to A3, B4 to A4, and B5 to both wires in I1. That second switch would be the same as the key in the Run position.
I'm not sure what would happen if you only had the run position switch flipped without the accessory switch flipped.
This page has some good information on relays and how they work. You want the Bosch relays half way down the page. You don't need the ones with terminal 87a. You would want to hook them up like they have it shown with terminal 87 going to the A or I wires and terminal 30 going to the B wires. Terminal 86 goes to ground and 85 gets connected together for the set of 3 relays for the run switch.
