just installed my redhead box!

just got my redhead gear box. it for sure is a big inprovment over my old steering box. it is like driving a sport car, nice and tight. thank you guys for you advice

Sure glad you got it done. I love mine and It is tighter for sure, but I love the smoothness of it and ease of turning!

Congrats. With all the hype of these pumps and the customers end result testamonials, looks like a great upgrade, and the price isn't all that bad.

The pump was 360 i think, it was not a bad job. the hard part for me was getting the lines of the pump. i could see getting the pitman arm off being a pain, but my shaft was broke so it was not that bad!

I replaced my steering box to a red head unit well over a year ago and its still the best mod i ever did to my truck. It tightens theh steering back up to 95% of what it should be. The reason i say 95% is because any truck old with a steering box will never be "perfect" but this gets it pretty close. Red head steering box and a good alignment= Loving your truck again!
