Cool, thanks! Another member on here said it's not the flex plate. I started it yesterday to move it into the garage and then another time later. It has been running with no noise at all for 3-4 minutes at a time, it's crazy. I have a friend that's a Ford Mechanic about a block from me, I really need to suck it up and have him listen to it. I just hate asking a mechanic for help, you know that's the last thing they want to do after they get off work. lol If I did want to check the flex plate, I wonder if I would have to drop the whole trans or just be able to slide it back a little? Kinda talking to myself, I will figure it out.

 

was there any metal in the filter when you changed the oil? It sounds like it doesn't have any oil pressure.

 

Did you pull the oil pan? These engines are notorious for bent rods. If it isn't to difficult, I would pull the oil pan and check them, you can also check bearings and the oil pump while down there. just my 2 cents
