Start by checking the fluid level, for a sticking level float, bad connection for the float, bad connection to the RABS valve, bad connection to the VSS and make sure the back brakes are adjusted properly. If all is OK then you need to pull the code from the RABS module. It's very easy to do and is in most repair manuals. Then you can run the pinpoint test(s) to determine the exact cause and what needs to be replaced.
