It is a nice machine but afew things I don`t like.
For one that long glass door hanging down sooooo far with no metal frame really bugs me in certain situations, I had to remove the rear bucket guard and have to be careful using the pallet forks. I haven`t broken it yet but I think it`s a coming! It does make getting in and out easier but I was so used to that dance that it didn`t bother me.
Hopefully not.
If you have no use for steel tracks then you haven`t used a Bobcat in places where I have.
A guy needs rubber tracks for traction. Unless you enjoy the feeling of sitting in the washing machine.
And ever try to tie down a S160 Bobcat with steel tracks onto a frozen steel deck? I still don't think its possible for it to sit still
Rubber tracks work well......to a point but not as good as steel tracks in manure or over fallen trees.
I have a wooden deck on my trailer so it`s not as bad.
No problem.....use a longer pipe and heavier chains!
wouldn't the steel tracks work better on icy conditions as well
One owner/operator claimed they did but Bobcats move snow well well without them.
It is a pain putting heavy steel tracks on and in this weather that wouldn`t top my list of fun things to do .
