1973 Drum Brake Help
Hello Ive read all the post on stuck front drum brakes and nothing has help me yet. My front drums has 3 bolts going thru the drum was wondering what there for and if thay are the cause of the drums not comming off?

If your '73 F250 has drum brakes, it's a 4WD. 2WD's have discs.
Drum brakes have automatic adjusters for the brake shoes that usually give up the ghost after a year or two. They only work when you back up and apply the brakes.
Try backing off the brake shoe adjustment. There's a slotted hole at the bottom of the backing plate where the brake shoe adjuster lever (a screw driver will work) fits into.
