Wow! You guys already have this kid going off to boot camp and to war...
For all we know, he could be the kid from the Brad Paisley tune "Online" (Google it, if you're not familiar). You know, the kind that grows a foot taller and all his acne is suddenly gone when he fires up the mac? Anyway, it seems that this young 'un needs to grow into an adult. He needs a mentor, not a DI...lol.
well coming from someone younger.. i lost my license once (due to a ticket i didnt pay, actually i wasnt issued the ticket. but it had been so long i couldnt fight it in court.) i had my share of speeding tickets too.. and yes my premiums were high too..but hey if you wanna speed be prepared to pay the fine! you always get caught..
now really i grew up a bit. and started acting like a responsible person and now am rewarded by low insurance premiums..
maybe its time to think about actually getting new friends and cleaning up a bit... sounds like probation did you good. stay that way.
i personally wouldnt want my freinds driving my vehicles when they arent insured under your policy( that could turn into a sticky claim situation if you/they had some sort of accident)...(coming from and insurance agent..me..)
just relax a little, slow down, and enjoy your youth..(responsibilities suck!!, well some of them do. but not all..)
I've been driving for 32 years and I've never had a ticket. Even when I was 16 I drove responsibly. Maybe if you stopped acting like driving is just a street version of NASCAR, or Demo-derby, or whatever, you might not have to pay so much for insurance. Don't want to pay big bucks for insurance? Stop driving like a stupid little s**t and grow up.
I think it's time to grow up and take responsibility for yourself. If you need new friends or new scenery then get them. Talking about it isn't getting it done.
I have no pity for a person young or old who habitually gets into trouble. Trouble doesn't follow people, people put themselves into a bad position if it continues to happen.
So, pull up your boot straps and own your mistakes.

There's the right answer right there.
This kid has created his own problems and blames someone else. Parenting seems to be an issue at first blush.
In your case Wiyr, life stinks only because you are wallering around in your own doo doo.
And while I am on a mini-rant...If your Daddy (that you hate) never whooped your butt your grandpappy sure should have.
i just need to MEET new friends that actually care about there life and not smoke weed or do drugs or drink..(not saying its wrong) i've been clean from everything since mid last year(probation cleaned me) and when i got off probation in dec. i kept clean its just a lot less drama and fun to hangout sober..
/rant
This is all part of growing up dude. Everything serves a purpose and this is how the world stays in balance. Being sober/clean is a drag, but you're setting a good example for your friends and it sounds like they need you.

This is called,,,, Growing Up!!! Welcome to the adult world!!!
Now that you have recognized the problem,,, take some responsibility for your contribution to it,,,, and make a real change in your life from this point on!!!
I guess I'm confused...is this his attempt to take some responsibility for his actions...or...is he continuing to blame the system???
It seems a rant against the oppression by Johnny Law, and why cant he pay nothing for insurance, while acting like a tool with his dirtbag buddies, with no consequences.......In the meantime , boo hoo is my life.
