what to do first

Hi guys Ihave just bought a 2005 f350 that is bone stock. It has 107000 miles on it. I was wondering what you think my fist mods should be. My goals are improved fuel economy and dependability. Thanks for any input. Also I have a buget of about 1500 right now.

Change all fluids, use only oem filters and install a ScanGauge ll digital gauge to monitor eot/ect, voltage and tft and many others for about 160 bucks at AZ. Flush the cooling system with VC-9, then distilled water, add a 50/50 mix of GO-5 or premium gold and install a coolant filter.

Also add a fuel pressure gauge while you are at it. If the fuel pressure drops below 50 psi (45 psi under load), install a fuel pressure regulator upgrade kit, p/n 3C3Z-9T517-AG. If you will be towing, you might want to add an EGT gauge.

We will spend all your money quick.

I would do that upgrade no matter where the fuel press. was. I did and it just gives me a more comfy feeling.

I did it too, and I don't even have a fuel pressure gauge yet.
