1980-1997 Doors will fit on your truck. The 87-97 have one piece of glass in the doors instead of the 80-86 2 piece. The newer doors, 87 or so also have an added indent in the bottom that the older ones do not have.

Brad, i'm surprised you didn't jump on this. ALL 1980-1996 F-Series and Broncos(And 97 F250HD+) had a vent window along with the regular window. 1980-1986 vent windows have a smaller frame than 87-96, so they have bigger door glass. 1987-1996 vent windows have a wider frame than 80-86, so the door glass is smaller. 1992-1996 vent windows have a small section cut out of the front of the vent window so that the vent window will not catch on the dash.

And yes, you can pull the doors off of any 1980-1996 F-Series, 1980-1996 Bronco, and 1997 F250HD+ and put them on any other 1980-1996 F-Series, Bronco, and 97 F250HD+.

He's talking about the REAR doors.

The rear doors Not sure exact year, 1982/1983-1986 have two piece glass.

The 1987-1997 rear doors have one piece.

There were no 1980-1981, possibly 1982 crew cabs produced.

No difference really. the late (sept)95-97 doors have a small crease at the bottom. the earlier doors do not but it takes someone like me to notice these things

like i said. Hardly noticable. If anyone one knows what they are looking at they will notice no wing window before the crease. But i would put your 86 windows(and wing window) in the newer door

86. No crease

96. small crease
