Won't start at all...
My mother has a '97 EB Expedition, it has the 5.4L engine, and is four wheel drive. This past weekend, we took it through alot of mud, and a couple slightly flooded bridges. It ran fine until today, three days later. If you turn the key, it will turn over a few times, but won't fire. If you floor it then turn the key you can keep it lit... barely, when you let off the gas it dies instantly. Do you think we just got something wet? We only pressure washed the body, and underneath the wheel wells, nothing under the hood of course.

Sounds like a good beat! These things always have a way of happening after the fun. It could be water laying in an area that you can't see. Distributer or air breather box for example. Just a thought. Now, if the starter is just turning over the engine a couple of times slowly, then my guess is that the battery is weak. If battery is weak, alternator could have water damage. Also, a lot of Fords will throw a "hissy fit" or not even run at all if the battery is ran down or a connection is damaged. Just a thought. Good luck.
