I did it

Well I went and did it I bought the 97 power stroke XLT heavy duty 4x4 EXT cab long box it was a one owner truck power everything with air and it all works 104000 klm thats 60000 miles looks like new the only issue I have is that I need to do front brakes it has a little shudder but I am hopeing that the brakes of my 94 will swap I will try and get some pics up soon

Wat kind of milage can I expect out of this truck its got 4.10 gears and auto stock tires with no mods

You could probably squeeze some mpg's out of it if you put a 6637 intake and a 3" downpipe on it. Plus either gut the cat or get rid of it if you can (not sure on your inspections up there). The stock muffler isn't restrictive, just makes it quieter.
