Well proud to say nothing is wrong with my truck, been running awesome.
But last night, as i was parked at a friends house, some little ***** decides it would be funny to take the caps off my tires, put a steel bb in them and put them back on, draining all the air outta my tires. well my rims where on the ground and my anger was off the charts.... Luckily my friend had a compressor, a little 3 gallon at that, took awhile to fill them back up, all the while im cursing like a sailor, This was all at 1 in the morning
today i filled the tires back up to the appropriate psi, checked the truck for any other vandalism, and washed her.
Least she is running good
I dont think it was a chewy or durge owner. just some kid in a beater car that i dont like. My buddies saw a car haulin a$$ away, could tell what it was though
man that really sucks, my father in law got his tire sidewalls stabbed last fall by an angry ex employee, the ice pick was still in one of the tires, we never found out for sure who did it, but at least you didnt have to buy 4 new tires.
Glad you got it all put back together and running good. Oh I remember those days of teenage hi-jinx. Honestly I really don't miss them.
You know, it's one thing when you were the stupid kid doing all that stuff. Now I just can't handle that "stuff" anymore. Oh the "joys" of getting older.
I know your pain. Some kids went around my apartment complex loosening lug nuts. I lost my left front tire on the interstate doing 70. It is scary when you see your tire getting ahead of you. Luckily i was in the left lane and the truck pulled itself to the median. I had to replace the wheels on the front, studs, brake rotor and pads on the left. The crappy thing was i just replaced that rotor and pads the week before. I was out over $700 after parts, and towing.
