Front Drive Shaft

Hello, should I be able to spin the front drive shaft when in 2 wheel drive on a 2010 f 150 STX 4 x 4?

Unless they have changed it u can only spin it if the engine is running..

Yes, engine vacuum is needed to keep the system unlocked.
