Engine lopes at cold start.
I have a 2001 F350 7.3L 4x4. The engine will lope if it has not been started for more than 2-3 hours, really bad when it's cold. After it's been started once and warms up a little it will not do it again. If you tap the accelerator pedal it quits. I replaced the throttle position sensor (accelerator pedal ) and the cam position sensor.

Like Phil says... switching a synthetic oil like Shell Rotella 5w40 will fix the problem... this oil is thinner on cold starts up and help your hpop and injectors work properly... your engine will also run quieter .. better for the turbo also.. you can run it year round..

not the problem
I tried ti start it today it was 70 degrees. that's no my problem. When I said cold I meant have not been running in 2-3 hours and engine not warm, not outside temp, Thanks anyway for the feedback.
