I would say about 20% of the miles are city, if that. The rest is rural country roads with some highway. No towing at this point in time. It is driven about 50 miles every day, or more, when it is driven. A couple trips have been up to 2 hours/100+ miles one way.
I am a firm believer that this motor needs a hard run to seat those rings. That will help with the fuel getting past the rings into the crankcase.
If you can arrange a heavy tow I'd recommend that....or at least go get a car hauler from u-haul or something and take a long steep grade..would be good if you can put it to the floor and hit that hill and work that motor.
Just my thoughts, other than that I agree with Blackstones thoughts.
I agree about the fuel in the oil. With a new dpf it should be around 1.5 to 2. Mine looked like your report except for the fuel at the same milage. The fuel went up as the dpf aged, 4.5. It was changeed out under warrenty at 55,000 miles and it went back down to 1.5.
