ijjectors voltage
should I Have 48v on the injector harness KOEO ?

I'm not sure how long it will be 48v after key on. You are better off to check FICM voltage directly AT the FICM.

Ficm voltage is 48 volts

Did you check also check it while cranking the truck? if it falls below 45v then your FICM (or batteries) is faulty
