Yes. You'll more than likely need a good set of dental picks to remove the retaining ring (it presses outward into the hub and sits in a groove. Can be tough to remove without something good to grab it.) There are specific tools for it, but those work really well and are easy to get.
You'll also need a hub socket.
They look something like one of these:

Not sure which one you'll need for a 92.
Mine's an '81, so I can't guide you exactly. Hopefully someone with more year specific info can assist as well.
