Thanks Smoke. That's actually my shop - just made the front to look like an old store.
That's a really nice looking little truck you have too. I see you're in Valdosta - not too far from me. Did you make it over to Moultrie last weekend? Heard it was really awful - the weather kept everyone away. Bet there were some deals to be had with so few folks there.
Yes I drove it over Sunday! STill had some venders there and a lot of people where out! Where's Thomaston?

Phil, you did an awsome job on that truck. I think I will have to **** the wife off now and tear my 67 f100 camper special apart and get it looking as nice as your truck. That truck is gorgeous.

Thanks a lot Bill. I'm kinda proud of it. BUT - put new wheels/tires on this week - don't think I like them. What's your opinion? Probably fixing to make someone and awesome deal on them. 17x8 with 265/70 tires - brand new.
Personally I like the more stock looking wheels with white walls.
Yep, ordinarily I agree, but I wanting to get a little "different" look with this truck. May wind up going back to the wire covers with wide whitewalls, or possibly a later model Ford F150 style wheel. Just can't decide and it's getting expensive changing my mind.
ha ha
I'll get it figured out here in the next week or so.
Good luck. Put more pics up when you dicide. Just messaged the wife on Face book. She looked at your truck and now she is on board with me doing mine as soon as I get back from Afghanistan.

That's GREAT Bill - glad she's behind you - and - THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE. God's speed on your return.
I've got a few "spare" parts left over - when you get started on yours, let me know what you need - may be able to help you out.
Phil? Yer new wheels suck. But that's just my .02
Moons and rings would look good to me on black wheels.
HA- thanks Artic - glad you only have .02
Guess that's why they make thousands of wheel styles - not everybody likes the same old thing. Moons and rings just don't do it for me - everybody has them and to me they only look good on a 50's or older truck - WITH WIDE WHITEWALLS.
That's my .02
I ran the white spoke on my dents and bumps. Seemed to be the IN thing in the "80's. They still look good on them.
yeah, understand. I just don't always like to go with the "in" thing. Prefer to go for a something a little different when I can. Gonna keep searching till I find what hits me right.
I had originally thought I wanted a wheel made by Wheel Vintiques - called a Series 71 painted (black) with chrome spokes. Had someone do a photoshop of them on my truck and really didn't like it once I saw it. That was a much cheaper way to do it!!
Thought I liked these until I actually saw them on the truck. Gotta find the "right one" soon - this costs more than that .02!!
