Coolant level trick??

Coolant level trick??
My coolant level is low in my 97 F150 with a 4.6L...I fill the overflow tank, but i can still hear the coolant running through the system in the cab, so I know there is air in the system. What is the trick to fill the system, and burp all the air out? Any help would be greatly appreciated!! thank you!!
