Played around with Pro E, these are only representative of what I would build, not to scale or even necessarily accurate...
You could build it from scratch, or use rear suspension links. I have seem some that used square tube, then mounted flat on top of the frame, which fixes the settling problem. Definitely will not use the flat pad on the slope again..

The nice thing about the Ford Cummins is that they are willing to work with you if you have any questions. I just called them to talk to them about possibly doing the swap and they talked to me for almost an hour answering any question I had with ease.

Autoworld many times has done the same. I know others have talked to Destroked at length as well. Used to be a forum dedicated to Cummins conversions that I was involved with, and would love to start up again if I had the time and cash.... It had a lot of members with great info, but the owner couldn't keep up with it, and let it go. I had offered to take over, but for whatever the reason, he chose to not take me up on it.
