Compression and oil pressure

I've got a line on a good, used 300, but I'd like to make sure it alright before I bite the bullet and buy it. They say it has 175 psi of compression and 45 psi of oil pressure. To me, 175 psi of compression sounds great, but what about the oil pressure? Is 45 psi alright?

175 is a good number>every cylinder should be within 10% of that 175. Rule of thumb is 10lbs for every 1000 rpm. Cold 45psi means little. The engine must be at NOT for a true reading.
