Looks like #1 can go down to defeat every week and Boise St won't climb past #3.
When they start playing (and beating) teams that we've actually heard of, they'll get the restpect. Until then, they'll continue to wonder why they never play for the championship. But hey, they got cool grass! I don't have any heartache with the BCS standings (at least not this week. lol):
The first BCS rankings of the 2010 college football season were unveiled on Sunday evening, with ESPN providing around-the-clock coverage.
Oklahoma is the No. 1 team in this week's standings, followed by Oregon at No. 2, Boise State at No. 3, Auburn at No. 4, and TCU at No. 5.
Rounding out the top 10 are LSU (No. 6), Michigan State (No. 7), Alabama (No. 8), Utah (No. 9), and Ohio State (No. 10).
I can't argue that they have a strong schedule but if they are considered good enough to be #3 in the country and #1 & 2 keep going down, then at some point you would think they would move up. That blue field takes some getting used too and when they wear the blue uniforms these old eyes have trouble distinguishing the players from the turf.

Well, the number 1 team has lost 2 weeks in a row. It could be a nasty pattern. Do you really want your team to be at the top today? Just sayin.' I'd look for another SEC team to top the list before long, unless Alabama stops Auburn and LSU.
Its all great if you like college football.........For those of us who do not care and live in W.Oregon, we cant get any news on the TV or radio without wading through a 1/2 hour of Ducks, Ducks, Ducks, Ducks!!!! coverage.........getting a little tiresome, hopefully the Beavs will stick it to them in the civil war.
