if the driver of the dodge had any intelligence, it may have been an even fight. but since he started the pull by spinning his tires where you just put the power to the ground, he lost traction and let you pull him.

you can have 10,000 horsepower, but if you do not know how to handle it, 10 horsepower in the hands if a good driver will out power you.

That is sweet! If I wasn't afraid of breaking something there are a few guys I would like to pull off with. But my luck I would bust something right off the bat.

Raygalloway, This is a diesel forum and although someone here might be able to help you should post your question in the proper forum.

I can add one more tid bit to this thread and hopefully it doesnt get me flammed. We all know the Cummins is a good motor but I get so tired of people that own them, some of who I know included thinking that they are the end all be all of diesels, and I also get tired of those on our side of the fence that want to concede defeat to a Cummins or a Duracrap because it surely is a much more powerful engine and such a better diesel or at least thats what they are told and read every where. Any one remember David and Goliath?

Rant off/ Flame suit on

With the need to inject a couple small points here on both sides, i will begin.....

1. cummins engine is as solid as they ever have been made, sheer size alone of components lends a more durable status and therefore respect in that dept. Not *** kissing like the dodge owners would like but their engines are good. Transmissions suck *** but hey its all about that engine right? haha

2. our IDI's with some simple mods and not needing to "spool up" will be able to hold our ground everytime unless you bit off more than you can chew and decide to do a pull off with a freightliner or mack hahaha

If anyone on here thinks that adding a chip makes you cool and awesome, well then you are just browsing through the best forum and need to go back to your own forum. Just sayin. For reliability, our engines and the mechanical cummins engine is solid as they come, aside from a small cavitation issue on the 7.3 dept. lol.

As far as upgrades to his truck i am not sure i could list all of them.. He has put a pile of money into it and thinks he is the sh** until i drove over his ego with a near 20 year old truck that i paid $500 for. It is funny to listen to him and all of his excuses, i got so tired of it that i told him we just tied. I have four other videos of the same day and all in all i won 4 out 5. The one that i lost my foot slipped of the clutch and i killed it. Damn logger boots
