Help - Identify this part/location

Can someone help me identify this part and where it should go? In the process of putting my truck back together after doing a HG/Stud/EGR delete job and I believe its off the passenger side, but I could be wrong. I didn't forget where the turbo goes though...:-)

That is the bracket that secures the y-pipe heat shield to the rearmost driver side intake stud. The FICM ground eyelet and that bracket is secured to the intake stud with a 10mm nut. The part of the bracket with the two holes, fastens to the y-pipe heat shield with two 8 mm short bolts, the exact same style as the two that secure the same part of that shield to the back side of the high pressure oil pump cover. And then the one part of that bracket with a hole is used for the portion of the IPR valve harness to secure it. Hope this helps.
